The NSW President of the Graduate Management Association of Australia, Andrew Horsley, says its OK not to have business experience - the MBA can provide a business network for you. However, he adds it is not an employment panacea, "nor is any degree. An MBA can help you if you have an aptitude for learning and a genuine interest in pursuing what avenues it opens".
