Biography - Andrew Horsley

 

Andrew Horsley has been an executive search consultant since 1986.  Initially he was a Principal of the executive search firm Egon Zehnder International, working in their Sydney and London offices.  He was subsequently a partner of the Australian executive search firm, Lucas Partners and in January 1993 established Horsley & Company Pty. Ltd.

He has an Arts degree (political science) and graduate Law degree from the University of New South Wales as well as an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. In his earlier career, he practised commercial law with the international law firm Baker & McKenzie, followed by five and a half years as legal counsel with Esso Australia, where he was engaged in onshore and offshore petroleum exploration, which embraced joint ventures, acquisitions and commercial advice.
