Recruitment specialist, Andrew Horsley of the executive search firm Horsley & Company said many big firms "recruit the brand" and seek top graduates from UNSW and the University of Sydney.

Andrew Horsley said undergraduates should get a life, not just a degree. "If you are in your teens, it's great to do a broad generalist degree. Students should look at the ideas that infuse Western civilisation and university is the ultimate place to do that. You should be careful about following the fashion".
